bah...this has been a couple of stressful days...i feel like we have been in classes a week already! I found out last Thursday that my Pathophysiology professor had a medical emergency, so both sections of the class had to be combined, but the new time conflicted with my film class. I won't go into all of the details here, but I have been trying to fix my schedule since last Thursday, and I just got it all fixed last night. I like the way my schedule is now...so everything worked out fine in the end. Classes are going to be hard, but at least I am done with my math classes now!! yay for never having to take math again!

I am really excited because......I am going to Duke this weekend!!! yay! I am driving to Knoxville after class on Friday, meeting up with Madeline and Koro, and we are all riding to Duke together! It is going to be amazing!

Anyway..gotta go get ready for my next class. Later!

So when I got to work today, my boss was like so when do you go home for Christmas break? And I was like...well my last exam is on the 13th so I was planning on going home then..and she was like well, do you want to stay and work until the 16th..and I was like....umm ok...so now I am not going home until the 17th, which is fine, because it will be nice to make more money...and I will have the dorm to myself...but yeah...that means less time at home.

The MLK forum last night was AMAZING! Everyone in UHON should have been required to go, because the 316 class did an amazing job! I had so much hw to do last night, but I still went, and I am sooo glad I did. If you didn't go, you really missed out on an amazing discussion.

Boo for exams next week..

This week has been crazy! Between papers, exams, and homework...plus Date Auction..this week flew by. On Monday night, Karin and I went at midnight to buy season 2 of Scrubs at Walmart. I have already watched almost the entire season...such a hilarious show. Date Auction was so much fun!!Kelly, Darris, Carlyn, and I  all sold ourselves together, Darris is my sister's roomate and Carlyn is her little sister for those of you who don't know. The Date Auction theme was pirates, so Kelly and I were mermaids..with very homeade costumes, and I am so glad they turned out as well as they did! I don't have pictures, but hopefully I will get some soon. Darris and Carlyn went as sexy pirate wenches. We were the second highest sell of the night at I think $225, which is very exciting. Date Auction managed to raise $4100 for a very deserving charity, yay for that! Right after we got done cleaning up after Date Auction, we went and saw Harry Potter..which was way fun. Friday night Kelly and I went to see one of my roomates, Allie, play in the orchestra..which was amazing!

Today wasn't very eventful. Kelly and I went to the UC store in an attempt to spend a lot of my MOCs bucks, and we ended up spending $70 somehow, which is good, because I needed to spend them, maybe not just that much. Then while Karin and I managed to watch 4 movies in a row today, I completely finished my Art History workbook for the rest of the semester!! Yay for that! and really yay for not having Art History on Tuesday! That is like the best Thanksgiving present ever! I cannot wait to go home for Thanksgiving!!! Kelly and I aren't leaving Chatty until Wednesday morning, because she has a night class on Tuesday. I am going to attempt to write, or at least write a lot of a 10 page paper I have due the Tuesday we get back from break. I know I am not going to want to do it over the break, so I might as well attempt to finish it before I go home, and no one is going to be here on Tuesday night anyway, so..yeah.

So this turned into a really long ramble...and a not very exciting one..oh well. Sad tidbit of the night...Chelsea's fish Skittle died today . He was the funniest fish ever, he didn't exactly know how to swim..so it was really funny to watch him attempt to swim around his bowl. He also liked to play dead A LOT...but when I checked on him today..he wasn't playing. Sad times.

Ok, I am going to continue to be a loser and do homework on a Saturday night...lame. Can't wait to see everyone over the break!!! Goodnight!

Yay! I got a job! It is only for a few weeks, but hey money is money. I am filing papers in a closet..by myself...but thats ok. Ok, wow that job sounds lame, but I need money, so whatev.

Yay! Tomorrow I leave for Knoxville! I am way excited. It should be lots of fun. I am soooo sad that Madeline won't be there . Ashley should come too..that would be freakin awesome.

Yay! I get to see GHS people tomorrow! It has been way too long.

Ok..not so yay..I have a presentation for 120 on Tuesday on Autism: Are Vaccines to Blame?..and I am really nervous. The research is taking me forever, but I am excited at the same time as I am nervous. I dunno, I just don't like talking in front of people..I get distracted by shiny objects and forget what I am saying. I am going to have to practice it like 500 million times so I won't be nervous.

So yeah..that's about it for now. I am gonna go do some hw and watch Scrubs.
